Our Mission

Called to the Harvest

We are working to Win, Build, and Send Christ-centered disciples into Orange County to launch spiritual movements.

Orange County is home to more than 525,000 students across approximately 120 high schools and 20 colleges and universities. With so many students in need of the hope of the gospel, we see an incredible opportunity to invest in their lives and see the gospel transform students, campuses, and communities throughout Orange County.

We believe the most effective way to reach these students is by bringing together the people and organizations who are already committed to their communities. Through strategic partnerships, we work to activate, align, and mobilize mission-minded churches, ministries, and Christian colleges to reach Orange County students with the gospel. By working together, we can equip more people, expand our reach, and multiply gospel impact across the county and beyond.

Strategic Church Partnerships

I develop strategic partnerships with like-minded churches, denominations, and Christian ministries that share a commitment to reaching others with the gospel. By cultivating trusted relationships and identifying opportunities for collaboration, I come alongside these organizations to help activate and align their people with the mission they are already pursuing.

Through these partnerships, I share Cru's resources and tools for evangelism, discipleship, and missions, while training and equipping churches and leaders to Win, Build, and Send others. By aligning Cru's strengths and missional vision with those of each partner, I help churches and Christian ministries mobilize their people, reach their communities, and multiply their gospel impact. In doing so, we strengthen one another and expand our shared capacity to make disciples locally and globally.

Strategic Partnerships with Christian Colleges

I develop strategic partnerships with Christian colleges and universities, building trusted relationships that align our shared mission to reach students with the gospel. Through these partnerships, I activate and mobilize Christian college students and leaders to engage local campuses, while equipping them to Win, Build, and Send others as they grow in their own faith and ministry.

By bringing together the strengths and mission of Christian colleges and Cru, I help create opportunities for students to gain practical experience in evangelism, discipleship, and ministry while expanding gospel impact across Southern California. Through these strategic partnerships, I work to align organizations around a shared vision, mobilize people toward mission, and multiply the reach of the gospel in local communities and around the world.
